Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of $20 USD on all orders within the United States.

The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product so we can assist you promptly.
